How long are the consultations?

Quickly compare the 20-minute general consultation with the 40-minute speech therapy follow-up.

General and audiology consultations are 20 minutes, while speech therapy sessions last approximately 40 minutes. Booking slots are offered every 30 minutes through the online calendar.

Services include hearing-aid support, tinnitus counseling, report explanation, audiogram review and second opinion, parent guidance, elderly hearing support, and speech therapy guidance when indicated.

What is the speech therapy booking flow?

Yes. Speech therapy requires an initial 20-minute general consultation. That first session confirms the right next steps and decides whether a 40-minute speech therapy follow-up is needed.

After your initial consultation, you will be advised to book the 40-minute speech therapy session. Please use the same phone number as your initial booking when scheduling the follow-up appointment.

How do I book and prepare?

All the practical details you need before your online session.

Booking follows 3 steps: select your date and time, submit your details, then complete payment in the follow-up step after submitting the booking form.

Yes. An email confirmation is sent immediately, and a WhatsApp confirmation link is also provided.

Please provide your full name, phone number, email, preferred language, and an optional note about your hearing concern. These details are used for appointment coordination and consultation support.

Keep your phone charged, stay in a quiet place with stable internet or mobile signal, prepare a short note on your hearing concerns, and keep previous reports or audiograms ready if available.

Support & policy

What are the cancellation and support policies?

Important guidance for cancellations, urgent care, and privacy.

Yes. Rescheduling is free and subject to slot availability. Each booking can be rescheduled up to 3 times. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 2 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.

Please seek immediate in-person care for sudden hearing loss, severe ear pain with fever, bleeding or discharge, severe dizziness with imbalance or vomiting, or hearing/balance changes after head injury.

We collect only data needed to manage your consultation (name, contact details, and concern details). We do not sell your data or use it for marketing. Booking records are retained for 12 months, and you can request deletion by contacting support.
