These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Hear Expert Plus website and online consultation service ("we", "us", "our"). By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Nature of the Service

Hear Expert Plus provides online audiology guidance sessions. Our service is limited to:

• Hearing-related counselling and educational guidance.
• Practical next-step planning in relation to hearing care.
• Communication strategy support for listening fatigue and daily clarity.

If your concern requires immediate in-person attention or advanced testing, we may recommend the most suitable next step for you.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to book a consultation independently. Bookings on behalf of a minor must be made by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on the minor's behalf.

4. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if the requested session falls outside our scope of practice, with a full refund issued in that case.

5. Fees and Payment

The applicable fee for your selected service is displayed at the time of booking. Payment instructions are provided in your confirmation email. The service will not commence until payment is received.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested before your session time. Please contact us at .
• Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours before your scheduled session.
• Refunds are not available for cancellations made inside the 2-hour window, or for no-shows. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

• Provide accurate and complete information in the booking form.
• Ensure you have a suitable device, internet connection, and private space for the session.
• Attend punctually. Sessions cannot be extended due to late joining.
• Use the service only for its intended purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hear Expert Plus shall not be liable for:

• Any decision made or action taken in reliance on guidance provided during a session.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special loss.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on your end.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, and structure — is owned by or licensed to Hear Expert Plus. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of it without our prior written consent.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared during a session as confidential. We will not disclose session content to third parties except where required by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm.

11. Recording

Sessions are not recorded by us unless explicitly stated and agreed in writing. You may not record any part of a session without our prior written consent.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kerala, India. If you are accessing the service from outside India, local consumer protection law may also apply.
